Are you finding it difficult to manage your day to day responsibilities? I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, boundaries and self-esteem issues. As an LMFT with over 18 years experience, I meet my clients where they are at, utilizing a strength based approach. I believe we all have it within ourselves to heal and live the life we were meant to live. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and understand the challenges of being part of a multi-cultural family.
