Many people like yourself are working through trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, substance abuse, anger management, or other behavioral issues like ADD, ADHD, or ODD. I have witnessed successes both professionally and personally in working with people who have experienced these conditions. I use person-centered methods to help you take charge of your life.
