I am a Board Certified, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) serving Florida with almost two decades of experience. While I've successfully worked with children, adolescents, and women, I am particularly dedicated to helping men achieve more fulfilling lives. Specializing in men’s unique challenges—whether in relationships, sexual health/ intimacy concerns, or performance in sports and careers—I provide a space where men feel understood and empowered to grow. I know the power of having someone who “gets it” and can navigate the issues that impact men today. In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and setting the groundwork for our work together. We will go over the necessary paperwork, and I'll ask you questions to understand your goals, challenges, and what brought you here. You can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.
