I am Cyndi Horwitz, LMFT, I provide counseling services that focus on the mind-body connection to teens, young adults and adult clients. My practice is dedicated to providing a thoughtful and compassionate setting for clients to find more effective ways to address issues and concerns that are negatively impacting their lives. I carefully weave together elements from my personal background, theoretical approach, advanced training in trauma, and yogic philosophy to create a unique and customized therapeutic experience for each client.
