Welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who splits time between IL & TX and in practice since 2006. I specialize in treating adult individuals and couples who struggle with Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Difficult Life Transitions, and Relationship Distress. I did my pre-licensed practicum work with survivors of childhood sexual abuse. As such, I am able to sit with difficult childhood memories in a way that helps you make sense of the patterns and maladaptive behaviors you may be experiencing in adulthood. I especially enjoy working with women who struggle with issues related to difficult change, aging and self-esteem. During COVID-19, I took my practice 100% telehealth, which has given me the opportunity to connect with even more people than ever before. I am licensed to practice as an LMFT via telehealth to people residing across the states of Illinois, Iowa, Texas, and Wisconsin.
