I have over 20 years experience as a therapist in diverse settings/ different populations. I provide individual and family therapy to children and young adults. I am interested in helping people become the best version of themselves and focusing on their strengths. My goal is to provide a safe place for self exploration, gaining insight, awareness and acceptance. I integrate theories of mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use holistic approach to help people find balance and peace in their lives. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent children/adolescents (7yo-18yo) who are experiencing social problems, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns.
