My specialty is working with women to improve communication and facilitate healing from trauma and/or issues that are impacting life in a negative way. I have extensive experience working to address the effects of sexual and physical abuse history, PTSD, OCD, as well as anxiety and depression. I am passionate about working with women who are dealing with transitions, marital, relationship and other challenges. I focus on building a trusting relationship, identifying solutions and strengths in order to facilitate transformation. I am trained in IFS, and EMDR among other approaches.
