I work to help each individual find the beauty and grace in life. My hope is to help you find your true self through a variety of therapeutic techniques. I believe each human is unique and comes to therapy hoping to develop their potential and grow through the process. Through acceptance and mindfulness each individual can then approach life with curiosity and wonder. To heal the wounds of trauma I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and utilize this approach to channel one's innate system for growth and change.
