I am an experienced Clinical Social Work/Therapist of Puerto Rican origen, fully bilingual and bicultural with knowledge of cross-cultural, indigenous and other spiritual healing practices and traditions. I firmly believe that spirituality is key to healing, transformation and wholeness. In my practice, I incorporate spirituality-informed clinical interventions in a unique treatment approach that is holistic, strength-based and trauma-focused. My goal is to guide you in a healing process that facilitates a more balanced and grounded sense of self and that promotes self-regulation in behavioral, emotional and mental states.
