We as people endure a lot of pain, carrying this pain with us can become heavy, so heavy that it bleeds out onto our daily lives, our routines, onto our relationships, and onto the many things we love and desire to keep safe. Being willing to be present and accept that organizing these life problems will only aid us to reduce the persistent chaos and overwhelming feelings. This is where we start. I am flawed, I am human, and I have done the hard work, and continue to do the hard work on a daily basis.
