I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in mental health. I received a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University, and have been a member of the National Association of Social Workers since 1993 and currenlty hold licenses for telehealth practice in Florida and Missou. I work with clients from the later teen years through seniors. I use a variety of techniques, including Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Intentional Interviewing. I believe that every person can affect the change they are seeking in their life.
