Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I am licensed in several states including Florida, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, Arkansas and Tennessee. I received my Masters from the University of Kansas and have been practicing for 20 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am here to be a support and guide to help you feel better and move forward in your journey. In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan and goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
