Welcome to my profile! I have over 20 years of experience with a wide range of therapeutic experiences including specialization with trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, aging, chronic illness and end of life issues. I help my clients improve emotional balance and energy through self empowerment and developing an understanding of the nervous system. I deeply value being in connection with each of my clients and providing a safe and collaborative approach. I enjoy integrating a multitude of interventions including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioral. I connect to the human experience while having the background to treat a wide range of mental health needs. I am mindfulness focused and enjoy teaching compassion for self and others. I respect and value each client's needs, time frame and process.
