Cynthia Seravalli-Winer LCSW is a veteran clinician with more than 30 years of service to children and their families. Cynthia has worked in Connecticut's school systems for 20 years as a clinician and manager. She has served as a 504 coordinator to provide services to students with health issues and make provisions within their educational settings. She has taken the training through the State of Connecticut's Judicial Branch to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem ("GAL"). This is a mandatory training to represent children within the legal system. She is a tireless advocate of the rights of children and their families.
