I have successfully helped children, teens, adults and families who have endured traumatic experiences, behavioral/anger issues or school/job issues. I also have helped individuals currently experiencing emotional pain such as anxiety/depression, hopelessness, self harming behaviors. It is my belief that people have the innate potential to free themselves of emotional difficulties. My goal is to provide the necessary tools and teach skills needed to overcome emotional difficulties and develop meaningful relationships with family and friends.
