Hi everyone! My name is Cynthia, and I am a therapist at RMC Therapy Group. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I enjoy working with young children through adulthood, as well as with relational dyads, such as mother-daughter pairs. My work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping individuals and families heal from past wounds and navigate the emotional impacts of relational and developmental trauma. I support clients through life transitions, identity exploration, and interpersonal challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity.
