About

I am here to work compassionately with you on your trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women’s issues, and other mental health issues. I believe in collaborating with you to set goals for treatment with the ultimate focus on empowerment and making meaning out of suffering or negative experiences. My years of experience as a counselor as well as a counselor supervisor and staff trainer across various treatment settings and with diverse populations have prepared me to work effectively with you throughout your healing process. I welcome everyone ages 16 and up, and I support diversity and individuality. I am a NCC and LPC-S with 20+ years of experience. I have worked in multiple treatment settings, done groups for DWI offenders and recovering nurse and professionals’ programs and presented at conferences. I’m now a generalist in private practice with special interest in substance use disorders, and trauma. I am EMDR trained.
