Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my master's degree from the University of Southern California and have been practicing and supervising therapists for over 22 years. I assist adults struggling with depression, anxiety and life transitions to reach their goals for mental health well-being, to make positive changes towards personal growth and healing. We will discuss your strengths and explore challenges, as we work together to identify and implement specific goals geared towards improving your mental health and overall well-being and begin the process of developing an initial treatment plan that will assist in meeting your goals for sessions in the future.
