I have a lifelong interest in collaborating with people who want to grow toward healthier relationships, optimum expression of life purpose, and balancing aspects of Self. Together, we build a space for curiosity about self, beginning where you are, and proceeding at your pace. I see a wide range of people including trauma survivors, artists, and LGBTQ+ folx. I have a general practice, and I specialize in trauma and dissociation. I love helping people through life transition. I don't treat substance abuse. I believe daily pot use stifles growth/change capacity, so I have found that therapy is not very useful until you have quit.
