I can assist you in negotiating the difficult terrain of life, be it mental illness, anger management, grief, difficult relationships or life transition. I specialize in midlife issues and I have a large network of referrals, including psychiatrists, in both Utah and Maryland. My response time is reasonable and I do my best to take the fear out of sharing with a professional . I am easy going and use appropriate humor and compassion. My sessions tend to be 55-60 minutes.
