About
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker and live in Minnesota, where I have been in private practice for almost 25 years. I really love my work with clients. I especially enjoy helping clients move from feeling stuck in their lives to feeling empowered. My goal is to help clients live the life they most desire and I have helped thousands of clients to do this. In the first session we will explore what circumstances brought you to make that first call for help, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will look at your previous therapy experiences and whether they were helpful or not, and how we might do things to better meet your needs.
