I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over twenty-five years of professional work experience and specialize in working with adults and senior individuals. It is my passion to provide counseling for older adults in need of anxiety and depression, coping with medical issues, struggling to communicate with family members, adult children, or experiencing grief. I work with individuals and family members to provide a safe and uplifting environment in which my clients can heal, grow, and thrive. I provide behavioral health support and care coordination for patients in Florida in a variety of living settings, telehealth and private homes. Custom tailoring an individual approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Relaxation techniques, Supportive Therapy, and Mindfulness Skills.
