I have been a practicing therapist sine 2005 with much of my work in grief and loss, recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, anger and relationship issues. I am a Christian and it is my belief that each individual is created in three parts the sprit, soul, and body and each must be addressed in counseling to obtain wholeness and wellness in life. I have been privileged in helping hundreds of people find contentment in their lives after suffering from losses and trauma in their past. I am an eclectic therapist offering several therapeutic approaches including EMDR. Among the services I offer are help individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship, grief and anger while recovering from divorce, death of a loved one, and trauma.
