As a Latinx therapist, I’m passionate about supporting the Spanish-speaking community and reducing the stigma around mental health services. I am also passionate about working with children, teens, and families to help overcome challenges. My experience spans children, adolescents, adults, and families, using evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs. The therapeutic modalities I use most frequently are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment Based Therapy.
