Meet Dr. Cynthia Stahura, a licensed clinical psychologist who has made the Phoenix metro area her home and healing ground. With a heart as warm as the Arizona sun, she is dedicated to helping adults navigate the rocky terrains of anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, grief, and other life challenges that can sometimes feel as vast as the Grand Canyon itself. Dr. Stahura is not just certified in anxiety, trauma, complex-trauma, and grief; she's practically got a black belt in them. But don't let that intimidate you. She's not here to karate chop your problems away (although wouldn't that be nice?).
