My ideal client is one who has a committment to growth. They are seeking peace and tranquility in their lives. I believe that our mission in life, is to be joyful. Many times, we pick up beliefs and practices that get in the way of fully experiencing the joy in our lives.Teaching clients the skills they need to unravel day to day issues is my ultimate goal. My clients struggle with a variety of life issues such as; depression, anxiety, grief, lonliness and relationship issues to name a few. We partner together through the process of healing.
