I enjoy working with a wide variety of people who are struggling with anxiety or depression, or having a hard time in a relationship. I think life is filled with challenges at all ages, and we can always make positive changes in our lives. As a therapist, I am very comfortable to talk with. I will listen carefully and work with you to figure out ways to deal with whatever is bothering you. Rather than specializing in one technique, I have training in several approaches and will flexibly use whatever is most helpful for you.
