I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and chaplain based in New York with 25 years of experience working with people to effectuate positive change in their lives as they confront various life challenges. In my experience I have worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief and life changing situations. My treatment approach to assisting clients is client centered, solution and strength based, utilizing Cognitive Behavior Theory, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
