I believe that therapy can be a space of reclamation—of story, of identity, of agency. I work from a narrative therapy lens, grounded in the belief that our lives are shaped not only by personal experiences but also by the social, cultural, and political systems around us. My approach is collaborative and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience and knowledge. All are welcome. My practice centers the voices and needs of LGBTQ+ clients, trans and nonbinary folks, people navigating trauma, and those impacted by systemic oppression. I offer relationship therapy for couples and partnerships of all types and am sex worker allied.
