Many who seek out therapy are experiencing a lapse of peace, harmony, and balance in their lives. I am a Christian who holds an innate desire to empower people and help them navigate the challenges that this life brings. Sometimes we just need a bit of support, and that's okay. We were not designed to go through it alone. My aim is to get to know who you are, what brought you to seek support, and listening to your story. Through a faith-based perspective, we'll work to together to navigate the challenges that you are currently facing and find solutions and strategies that will empower you to face anything that comes your way.
