My name is Dr. Dadron Deon Harris, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals find healing, balance, and renewed strength. With years of experience in both mental health and pastoral counseling, I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each individual. I often integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with holistic strategies that address the emotional, mental, and physical and spiritual dimensions of well-being. In our first session together, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, talking through your reasons for seeking therapy, and discussing your personal goals for counseling.
