I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping individuals, families, and couples rewrite unhelpful narratives, reconnect with their strengths, and rediscover hope and happiness in their lives. To name a few, I use Narrative Therapy, CBT, and EMDR to support healing, clarity, and lasting change within yourself, in relationships, and in the community you prefer. Together, we’ll explore the feelings you’re experiencing, identify the barriers that are holding you back, and develop tools to help you cope with the challenges you’re facing. My work is rooted in self-empowerment through a client-centered, strength-based approach. I believe our past shapes our present, and by understanding your story, healing what’s unresolved, and planning intentionally for the future, you can move toward a more joyful, fulfilling, and authentic life.
