Daia Stager developed AlphaPsy (ahhh, big sigh) as a wellness-focused synergy of EMDR, ShadowWork and SomatoEmotional Release to support you in clearing the pathways to joy and inner wisdom. By desensitizing from and reprocessing events, exploding or imploding emotions, stuck beliefs, PTSD memories & expectations, we can reduce harmful or useless responses to stress, distress or trauma. We will practice listening to & trusting your body's Wisdom, how to face challenges & stressors that have, in the past, left you with intrusive thoughts, feeling overwhelmed & debilitated. You CAN learn to feel safe and comfortable.
