Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and the pressure of being the “responsible one” for everyone. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I’m passionate about helping other first-generation, high-achieving professionals heal through culturally sensitive, trauma-informed therapy so they can feel grounded, confident, and emotionally whole without sacrificing their success or cultural identity.
