My approach is collaborative, honoring your pace-blending CBT etc. & somatic techniques. As a parent, I understand the barriers to self-care, as a daughter of immigrants, I understand the complexities of navigating two worlds, two cultures as an individual and professional. As such, I am passionate about working with families and Bi-POC communities and inspiring hope, collective healing, and helping people reach their goals.
