As a therapeutic counselor, I bring a holistic approach to exploring clients' beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns to reveal clients' resilience and help implement coping skills when experiencing life challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, and Stress Management, among other experiences. As a psychotherapist, I practice a client-centered therapeutic approach, including f These include Faith-b Based t Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), and Motivational Interviewing Theory when applicable. The educational qualifications in Counseling and Psychology and two decades of experience have equipped me with advanced knowledge and vast experience in behavioral modifications to assist adolescents, adults, and families facing these challenges. The therapeutic sessions are independently tailored to the client's emotional, social, and developmental needs.
