Most of our clients' issues and needs include Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, Anger Management, Domestic Violence, and ADHD. Their needs include identifying positive and healthy ways to cope appropriately with emotions, identify ways to verbally express themselves appropriately, and identify healthy coping skills. Some goals would include processing their trauma, identfying positive peer networks, processing sadness and anger as well.
