You feel stuck in the same cycles. You're probably here because you're wanting a change but not sure of how to move from where you are to where you'd like to be. I'm Daja. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and I'd like to help. I've been honored to assist clients through a variety of different issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions and trauma. Trauma is my particular passion. I am EMDR trained and am glad to be able to offer this specialized therapy to clients with trauma symptoms.
