Hi! I’m Dakota. Do you feel as though your life is a struggle and you don’t understand why or how to help yourself? Has your child changed into someone you don’t recognize? Are you scared about your future or for your child’s future? I excel at working with people who have become stuck, lost, or hurt. I focus on empowering you or your child with skills and increasing insight so that my clients can move on and heal. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan, which is like the blueprint that we will be using to determine the path of treatment, or as I like to call it, the "Main Quest".
