For the past 10 years, I’ve helped individuals with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, life stress, and transitions. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, believing that change comes from gaining insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also believe the relationship between therapist and client is crucial. My goal is to create a safe, open environment where you can express yourself and work together to solve problems, providing tools, knowledge, and insight to help you make meaningful changes.
