Welcome!! I am Dr. David Brooks. My passion is assisting traumatized and distressed patients in their healing. If you feel undervalued, insufficient, unworthy, traumatized, anxious, have specific fears and/or anxiety-based unwanted cravings I would be delighted to help you. My current practice is limited to individual adults focused on reversing posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), reducing anxiety, boosting mood, counteracting specific fears, providing practice with simple strategies to enhance coping with stressors, desensitizing traumatic life experience, reducing unwanted cravings and increasing self-esteem.
