Hey there! I'm Dalal, a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidenced-based care to the Alabama community and I work with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and stress management. I also work with individuals experiencing relationship conflict and parenting challenges and I provide an affirming space to explore LGBTQ+ and identity/cultural issues. My approach is client centered and led by curiosity aiming to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.
