Living with chronic pain can change how you move through the world—physically, emotionally, and mentally. It can affect mood, relationships, identity, and sometimes lead to or complicate substance use. As a therapist who both treats chronic pain and lives with it, I bring not only clinical training, but deep personal understanding to this work. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with substance use, chronic pain, and the complex intersection of the two. Pain and substance use are often intertwined in ways that can feel overwhelming or misunderstood.
