HI! I am an LCSW and am licensed in NJ and FL. I have been very successful with working with individual grief therapy, anxiety and depression, OCD, bi-polar disorder and everyday stress management. I can offer life coaching and have experience with health issues and end of life care. I also work with behavioral change. The key is to promote positive change and work on life management skills. Some treatment options are cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, and brief therapy. I am in the process of receiving a certificate in nutrition as i believe it plays a role in our overall sense of well-being.
