If your goal is to let go of burdens from the past and develop a healthy view of yourself I can help you. If you want to put the past behind you and move forward I look forward to working with you. Many of my clients have emotional. physical or sexual abuse from childhood. I work with domestic violence, sexual assault, medical or accident vitims. In addition to trauma work I also help my clients who have depression, anxiety or life stage issues. If you want supportive, nonjudgemental counseling to learn managment of symptoms and new coping skills I am here to help. I use EMDR therapy to alleviate PTSD symptoms from witnessing or being a casuality of work place or other accidents. I am a Certified Therapist in EMDR.
