People often come to me who are experiencing a sense of emptiness, confusion, conflict, and pain in their lives. Sometimes it is difficult to feel like you really know or understand yourself and why things are the way they are. I work with people of all walks of life and particularly invite individuals who are navigating personal/interpersonal challenges and distress associated with socio-political realities. I believe strongly that therapy should be tailored to each individuals needs and that all people are deserving of a sense of freedom and worth.
