As a therapist, I work with clients aged 10 years and older, typically experiencing issues surrounding depression, anxiety, and OCD/compulsive behaviors. I also have a personal passion for treating those who are transitioning from adolescence to young adulthood and may be struggling with transitions to higher education or the workforce. I primarily help clients explore core fears related to anxiety and develop ways to overcome those fears.
