With a background in clinical mental health counseling, two yoga certifications, and a deep understanding of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), I offer a holistic approach to wellness. I specialize in trauma and addiction, and I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+, Latinx/o/a, and BIPOC communities.
