I come from a relational and social justice perspective and bring tools from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction. My specialties include helping people with identity, self-realization, and forming meaningful connections to others. As a trained clinical social worker and sex therapist I'm skilled at working with relationship and sexuality related concerns including coming out, same-sex relationships, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
