Welcome! It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and it's crucial that you find a therapist you connect with-someone who can really see you so that you can begin to truly see yourself. I see part of my role as helping you bring light into your dark moments & to help you discover what keeps you stuck so that you can live a life of greater peace & freedom. In the last 15 years, I’ve been trained in a wide range of therapies, from IFS, somatic & mindfulness based approaches to CBT and DBT. I believe that good therapy is both science and art, and each session is its own unique encounter.
